Coronavirus England - Advice for Patients

Welcome To The Practice

Change of Clinical System - 3rd May 2018

Spring Farm will be changing their clinical system from INPS Vision to EMIS with effect from 03.05.2018

Please be patient with us while we are undergoing these changes.

As you are probably already aware Dr Jawad and Dr Hussain merged their patient lists in December 2012 since then all patients have had the choice of which GP they see and at which site.

The practice partners have recently held a meeting to discuss the future of patient care in respect of Dr Jawads forthcoming retirement.

Dr Jawad will continue to practise at Spring Farm following his retirement, however he will be reducing his clinic hours.

It is proposed that Dr Hussain close the branch surgery at Rainham Health Centre and move to Spring Farm Surgery Upminster Road North.

As it would be impractical to run both sites efficiently and as Rainham Health Centre is overcrowded due to shared facilities; it is felt a better service would be provided from Spring Farm Surgery.

At this stage we are asking for patient feedback and would value your comments.

If you have any questions please contact our reception teams who will be happy to discuss this with you further or where necessary  pass any concerns to myself or the GP Partners

Yours truly,

Annette Peck
Practice Manager
